Information we collect

Information you give us — name, job title, designation level, work email, phone number, company size, sector, area of interest and any note, when you request a demo, download the whitepaper or chat with our assistant.
Technical information — a one-way hash of your IP address (used only for abuse prevention and rate limiting), the page you submitted from, and your browser type when streaming a video.

How we use it

To respond to your request and arrange a demo or working session.
To provide the whitepaper download and protected video streaming.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
To contact you about Open Netrikkan products and services related to your request. You can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with UTS group companies and service providers that host and operate this site (for example our hosting, database and email providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete or anonymise it. Data is stored in access-controlled systems and transmitted over HTTPS.
